Terms of Service
These terms define the service conditions for diagnostics, repairs, payments, and warranty at LaptopFix Istanbul.
1. Service Scope
LaptopFix Istanbul provides diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for laptops and related components.
2. Diagnostics and Quotes
Initial diagnostics may be offered free of charge. Final repair pricing is shared after inspection and before repair approval.
3. Customer Approval
No paid repair work starts until customer approval is received through call, message, email, or written confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon repair completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Device delivery may be withheld until payment is settled.
5. Warranty
Repairs include a limited warranty period as stated on the service receipt. Warranty covers only the repaired fault and excludes physical damage, liquid contact, and user-caused issues.
6. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. While we take care during service, data loss risks can exist in hardware failures.
7. Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected for an extended period may be subject to storage procedures according to applicable law and prior notification.
