Yes. If only one or two keys are faulty, we can replace the individual keycap and retainer clip rather than the whole keyboard — which keeps the cost low. We'll advise the most cost-effective option after inspection.
Turn the laptop off immediately, flip it upside down to drain as much liquid as possible, and bring it to us as soon as you can. The faster you act, the better the chance of a full recovery. Do not try to turn it on again until it has been professionally dried and inspected.
If your laptop is still under manufacturer warranty, a third-party repair can sometimes affect it. We'll advise you on this during the free diagnostic. For out-of-warranty devices, there is no issue at all.
